I went on this tour and concur that Tasty Dumpling House was the evening’s prizewinner. Lan Zhou Handmade Noodle & Dumpling was a close second, though, with the bonus of gratuitous noodle ogling. Perhaps I’ll now start eating dumplings on the reg. Or, probably not…but I can point people in a slightly more informed direction.
